Key Responsibilities
Understand product features, competitive landscape, and market positioning.
Track product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.
Identify potential clients and market opportunities in Mizoram.
Drive sales targets by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits to gather insights, track competitor activities, and assess product visibility.
Implement local sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
Support channel partners with product training, sales tools, and after-sales assistance.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth product availability and delivery.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and product performance dashboards.
Provide insights for forecasting, pricing, and promotional planning.
Maintain updated documentation of sales activities and product updates.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience
in product management, sales, or related roles (preferably FMCG, Medical field).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently, travel within Mizoram, and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of the local market and regional languages is an advantage.
