Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Own and drive sales strategy and execution within the assigned region, aligned with overall company goals
Develop and implement a
territory-wide sales plan

Demonstrate

Team & Partner Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, setting clear targets and helping them achieve individual KPIs
Collaborate with leadership to develop short- and long-term plans for the sales function
Work closely with 3rd party
technology and sales partners
, system integrators, and consultants to expand reach and grow joint sales
Support consulting engineers and pre-sales teams by providing market insights and customer input
Customer Engagement & Business Development
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across public and private sector clients
Travel frequently and efficiently across the assigned region to meet clients, conduct site visits, and close deals
Represent the company in client meetings, demos, trade events, and solution presentations
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure smooth project handovers post-sale
Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation
Identify, pursue, and close high-value B2B opportunities across public and private sectors
Own the entire sales cycle - prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, system integrators, and channel partners

Pipeline Management & Reporting
Maintain an accurate, up-to-date
sales pipeline
and ensure timely entries in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
Monitor sales metrics and generate weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership
Provide strategic feedback from the market to help guide product roadmap and pricing strategies
Qualifications & Experience
5-8 years of
B2B sales experience
, with at least 3 years in
solution/consultative selling
Experience in technology domains like
AI, IoT, Video Surveillance, Smart Infrastructure, or SaaS
preferred
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing large deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
