Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts for

AI-powered video analytics and surveillance solutions

across key sectors such as

Smart Cities, Traffic Management (ANPR, speed enforcement), Industrial Automation, and Retail Intelligence

. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in

consultative/solution sales

, team leadership, and business strategy. You will be responsible for driving both

individual and team revenue targets

, managing strategic accounts, and ensuring strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

This role combines

territory planning, team mentoring, partner collaboration, and direct selling

, and will require

frequent travel

to key customer and partner locations.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Execution



Own and drive sales strategy and execution within the assigned region, aligned with overall company goals Develop and implement a

territory-wide sales plan

ensuring complete market coverage and customer penetration Deliver revenue growth through a mix of

direct enterprise sales

partner channel sales

solution-based consultative selling

Demonstrate

great business judgment

in identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and negotiating high-value deals Build deep understanding of customer needs and position Nexilis' AI solutions as a clear value differentiator

Team & Partner Leadership



Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, setting clear targets and helping them achieve individual KPIs Collaborate with leadership to develop short- and long-term plans for the sales function Work closely with 3rd party

technology and sales partners

, system integrators, and consultants to expand reach and grow joint sales Support consulting engineers and pre-sales teams by providing market insights and customer input

Customer Engagement & Business Development



Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across public and private sector clients Travel frequently and efficiently across the assigned region to meet clients, conduct site visits, and close deals Represent the company in client meetings, demos, trade events, and solution presentations Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery) to ensure smooth project handovers post-sale

Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation



Identify, pursue, and close high-value B2B opportunities across public and private sectors Own the entire sales cycle - prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, system integrators, and channel partners

Pipeline Management & Reporting



Maintain an accurate, up-to-date

sales pipeline

and ensure timely entries in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) Monitor sales metrics and generate weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership Provide strategic feedback from the market to help guide product roadmap and pricing strategies

Qualifications & Experience



5-8 years of

B2B sales experience

, with at least 3 years in

solution/consultative selling

Experience in technology domains like

AI, IoT, Video Surveillance, Smart Infrastructure, or SaaS

preferred Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing large deals Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
