Job Description

: Roles & Responsibilities
1) Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
2) Sales Strategy: * a) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals as set by the management.
  • b) Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
3) Client Acquisition and Retention: * a) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • b) Understand client needs and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction for retention of clients.
  • c) Reaching out to existing customers to increase business volume.
  • d) Visiting existing and prospective clients.
  • e) Participation in Customer RFQ/ Bidding processes.
3) Proposal Development: * Prepare compelling and customized proposals in response to client needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure feasibility and accuracy in proposal offerings.
Negotiation and Contract Closure: * Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements
  • Ensure that contracts align with company policies, profitability objectives, and legal requirements.
Sales Team Leadership: * Lead and motivate the Key Accounts team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team's performance.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: * Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement and sharing weekly report to the management.
Collaboration with Operations: * Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and feedback, coordinating with the operations team for resolution.
Market Research: * Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs.
Budget Management: * Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in sales activities.
  • Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budgetary constraints.
Sales Reporting: * Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
