Sales Manager - Agriculture Projects & Products



About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for our agriculture-based projects, products, and services. This role involves developing go-to-market strategies, identifying client needs, and promoting innovative Agri-tech solutions that connect technology with farming.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for agriculture projects and IoT products.

Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.

Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Coordinate with technical and R&D teams to align offerings with market needs.

Monitor market trends and competitors to position Talrop's ecosystem advantageously.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales (Agri-tech, Agri-products, or technology-based services).

Proven record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
