Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales operations for AAC Block products in the assigned region.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and project consultants.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in both project and retail segments.
Manage channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Guide and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
7+ years of experience
in
sales within the building material industry
(AAC Blocks / Cement / Ready Mix / Tiles / Construction Materials).
Strong network within the construction and infrastructure segment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a result-driven approach.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred).
Salary:
Up to ₹15 LPA (based on experience and profile)
