Function SummarySales Manager - Affluent Banking will be a key contributor in driving the Axis Bank Affluent team's performance. The role involves managing sales, strengthening relationships with Axis Bank Affluent Managers, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in training the team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through need-based insurance solutions.Job Summary The Job holder is a key member of affluent team and responsible for managing the Sales though the Axis Bank Affluent Team And will work closely with the RM of Axis Affluent team, Customer Servicing and to ensure the timely delivery of high value, compliant high quality services, ensure delivery of business and training of Axis Affluent Team.
