Role Overview
The Head of Sales will own revenue growth across Paid Sales, Non-Paid Sales (Trade & Projects), and Studio Sales. The role includes target ownership, forecasting, conversion improvement, and building a high-performing sales team while maintaining a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets across channels
Own sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
Drive pricing, promotions, and margin improvement
Lead Paid Sales performance with ROAS/CAC alignment
Build and manage Trade/Project relationships (designers, architects, corporates, hospitality)
Own Studio Sales conversion and experience standards
Ensure CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and SOP adoption
Lead and coach the sales team for consultative selling
Success Metrics
Revenue growth by channel
Contribution margin
CAC / ROAS / funnel conversion
Repeat and trade revenue
Studio conversion and follow-up discipline
Qualifications
5-7 years in Sales/Growth roles
Experience in D2C / retail preferred
Strong commercial & data acumen
Team leadership & CRM experience
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
