Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the apparel manufacturing sector, showcasing a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for our apparel products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, facilitating the development of new products. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and design, to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records ofsales activities, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications:



NIFT graduates. 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within the apparel manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of the apparel market, production processes, and supply chain dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.o Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
