1. Maintain high level of awareness about customers, understand customer requirements, display products and convert to sales.
2.Attend to customers promptly and professionally.
3. Maintain record of customer enquiry, follow-up and fulfill customer requirements.
4. Ensure cleanliness of the floor and storage spaces.
5. Set merchandise in designated area with proper folding, packing and labels.
6. Assess demand for SKUs and maintain stock levels in the designated section and report to section in-charge.
7. Prepare material indent and submit to the section in-charge for approval.
8. Communicate customer feedback on quality, design and pricing of merchandise to the floor in-charge and support decision making.
9. Ensure that sales target is met.
10. Set aside items selected by the customer, ensure easy identification and traceability.
11. Ensure that the selected materials reach the billing station promptly.
12. Oversee and assign activity to helper.
13. Arrange refreshments to customers as and when required.
14. Participate in interdepartmental meetings.
