Product Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, including gemstones, metals, and current trends to effectively educate customers.
Sales Transactions:
Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
Inventory Management:
Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking displays and keeping track of best-selling items.
Visual Merchandising:
Help maintain an appealing and organized store environment by arranging products effectively and ensuring cleanliness.
After-Sales Service:
Provide follow-up services to customers post-purchase, addressing any inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Goals:
