Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential advertisers, corporate clients and agencies for ad placements.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare and present customized advertising proposals and media plans.
Coordinate with the marketing and editorial teams to ensure timely execution of client campaigns.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the media and publishing industry.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in media, print, or digital advertising.
Good understanding of branding, marketing, and audience engagement.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Mass Communication or Business preferred).
