What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting (40%):
Build targeted connections on LinkedIn (50+ quality connections/week)
Send personalized outreach to decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Operations Directors)
Engage strategically with prospects' content
Post valuable content 2-3x/week to establish credibility
Identify and qualify prospects before pitching
Sales Execution (50%):
Conduct minimum 20 sales calls per week
Present GO-Globe capabilities professionally via video calls
Prepare customized proposals tailored to client needs
Handle objections and negotiate within guidelines
Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
Follow up persistently until close or disqualification
Administration (10%):
Update CRM daily with all activities and conversations
Provide weekly pipeline reports to CEO
Track conversion rates and identify bottlenecks
Target (from Month 6):
$15,000-$25,000 in closed deals per month
What We Need
Must Have:
3-5 years B2B sales experience in technology/IT/software services
Proven track record closing deals in $5k-$25k range (with specific numbers)
Active LinkedIn profile demonstrating professional B2B presence
Excellent English communication (spoken and written) -- MANDATORY
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Self-motivated hunter mentality with target-driven approach
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
Custom development or software services sales background
Existing network in business community
Basic understanding of web development, ERP, or CRM concepts
Experience generating leads via LinkedIn or social selling
What We Offer
Compensation:
Base salary: INR 150,000-180,000/month
Commission structure:
5-10%
on company-provided leads
Up to 20%
on self-sourced leads (LinkedIn, your network, cold outreach)
Example earnings:
Close $20k/month = Base PKR 150k + Commission PKR 76k-348k =
Total PKR 226k-498k
