This role is responsible for scaling revenue beyond founder-led selling, building a predictable pipeline, and strengthening enterprise and outbound sales execution. The Sales Leader will act as the commercial engine of the organization--driving closures, elevating team performance, and expanding revenue across India and international markets.
You will work closely with the founder to establish repeatable sales motions, improve win rates, and build a high-performing outbound and enterprise sales function.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale revenue generation across India, SEA/MEA, and the US.
  • Transition sales from founder-led execution to a scalable, repeatable revenue engine.
  • Drive higher win rates through improved deal strategy, discovery, and qualification.
  • Strengthen outbound performance across SDR and Sales Executive teams.
  • Lead high-quality demos and discovery calls; independently close complex deals.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Executives and SDRs to elevate performance and consistency.
  • Build pipeline predictability through structured forecasting, deal reviews, and execution rigor.
  • Partner closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and pricing motions.
  • Establish clear sales processes, metrics, and accountability across the funnel.
