This role is responsible for scaling revenue beyond founder-led selling, building a predictable pipeline, and strengthening enterprise and outbound sales execution. The Sales Leader will act as the commercial engine of the organization--driving closures, elevating team performance, and expanding revenue across India and international markets.
You will work closely with the founder to establish repeatable sales motions, improve win rates, and build a high-performing outbound and enterprise sales function.
