The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building and managing high-performing sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across domestic and international education services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and counseling team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for study abroad, domestic education, training programs, or test prep services
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and KPIs
Build and optimize sales funnels, lead conversion processes, and CRM usage
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Establish partnerships with schools, universities, and institutional clients
Handle escalations, high-value clients, and strategic negotiations
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and growth plans for management
Train counselors on consultative selling, product knowledge, and compliance
Ensure ethical counseling practices and adherence to education regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Sales Manager / Sales Head
in educational consultancy or service industry
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of student recruitment and education sales cycles
Experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting
Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Preferred Experience

1 year of experience
in sales or academic counseling

Basic understanding of the Indian education system and admission processes
