About the role
This Position will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets for Residential & Light Commercial (RLC) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) product lines in the Karnataka region. The role demands strategic thinking, people management, and deep market knowledge to expand channel networks, build strong customer relationships, and drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Drive RLC and VRF sales across Karnataka through direct and channel sales.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in various segments especially Residential, commercial, infra, Government & Hospitality.
Collaborate with consultants, architects, and developers to generate project leads.
Channel Management
Develop and manage a robust dealer/distributor network across the region.
Ensure partner capability building through regular training and engagement.
Monitor dealer performance and support partners to achieve sales goals.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Engineers.
Set clear targets, review performance, and drive accountability within the team.
Foster a high-performance culture and continuous skill enhancement.
Key Account Management
Engage with Large Local accounts and institutional customers for large-scale projects.
Drive specification approvals and close high-value deals with strategic accounts.
Market Intelligence & Planning
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements.
Provide input on product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Forecast demand and assist in inventory planning with supply chain and operations.
