The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving admissions/enrollment revenue, leading a team of sales/telecalling executives, and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in an education environment
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales/telecallers to achieve individual and team targets for enrollments and revenue.?
Plan daily/weekly sales activities, allocate leads, and monitor call productivity, lead conversion, and pipeline status through reports.?
Handle high-value or complex leads personally, conduct counselling/sales calls, and assist team members in closing key deals.?
Track and analyze sales performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue) and present regular updates to management.?
Coordinate with marketing to ensure quality lead flow, provide feedback on campaigns, and suggest initiatives to improve conversions.?
Ensure proper usage of CRM, adherence to sales processes, call quality standards, and documentation by the team.?
Train new team members on product knowledge, sales scripts, objection handling, and soft skills.?
Maintain strong product understanding and market awareness to position courses/programs effectively against competitors.?
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing or Education Management is an added advantage.?
3-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-3 years in a team lead/supervisor role; experience in education/EdTech preferred.?
Strong people-management, communication, and negotiation skills, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
