Location: Chennai



Experience: 2+ years in a Team Lead/Managerial role, preferably in Real Estate, Property Management SaaS, or Co-living sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth, revenue targets, and market penetration.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.
Identify, qualify, and secure partnerships with hostels, property owners, institutes, and corporates.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling and tailored SaaS solutions.
Drive lead generation, conversion, and closure of high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee the full sales cycle, including negotiation, contract finalization, and post-sales engagement.
Conduct regular market analysis to track demand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales campaigns and optimize customer onboarding.
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to management.
Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and forums to expand partnerships and business opportunities.
Ensure smooth team coordination and resolve escalations to maintain operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and drive results in dynamic environments.
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
