We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Lead Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads to support the sales team. You will play a key role in driving revenue by building a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various lead generation strategies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads through online sources, social media, databases, and industry events.
Generate high-quality leads that match target customer profiles.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through initial outreach (emails, calls, messages, etc.).
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
Nurture leads until they are sales-ready and hand off to the appropriate sales executives.
Analyze lead generation campaigns and suggest improvements.
Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to lead volume, quality, and conversion rate.
Attend webinars, trade shows, or events to generate new business opportunities (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar tools.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales or SaaS industry.
Understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP).
