What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the
sales team
to achieve revenue and lead generation targets.
Develop and implement
sales strategies
to expand market presence and client base.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and outreach.
Collaborate with the
Marketing, Finance, and Content teams
to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Track sales performance, analyze trends, and report insights to optimize strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Train and guide sales interns or associates for performance excellence.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Strong understanding of
digital sales, CRM tools, and lead management.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and leadership
skills.
Ability to
analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a
target-driven environment.
Prior experience in a
startup or tech-driven industry
is a plus.
