Role Overview
As the Sales Head, you will own the entire sales function--strategy, lead generation, conversions, and team/process building. You will work closely with the founders and play a key role in shaping the company's growth trajectory.
This is a
core member role
, not a support role.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
Identify and close new business opportunities (B2B focus)
Handle client meetings, pitches, and negotiations
Set up sales pipelines, tracking systems, and reporting
Work closely with the founders on pricing, proposals, and growth planning
Eventually help build and manage a sales team as the company scales
What We're Looking For
Freshers can also apply
Proven experience in agency sales or business development is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
Someone who thrives in ownership, not micromanagement
Bangalore-based (or willing to work hybrid from Bangalore)
