We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, presenting our educational technology products to prospective customers (schools, tutors, institutions, or individual learners), closing sales, and building long-term client relationships to help the company achieve revenue goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and strong understanding of the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics.
Present and demonstrate EdTech products, features, benefits, and use cases to prospective clients (schools, colleges, educators, parents).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and partners.
Provide ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to successfully close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure smooth on-boarding and delivery.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Provide field feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings and sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (Not mandatory).
Prior sales experience, ideally in EdTech or tech services (experience in education services, B2B or B2C sales is advantageous).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Goal-oriented with resilience and problem-solving capabilities.
