Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients in the Kochi region
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through IT solution sales
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely reporting
Represent Skylark at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales or business development
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
