Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Sales Team Lead

with a strong background in the

education technology (EdTech) sector

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales, team management, and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets. Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth. Track, analyse, and optimise sales performance using CRM. Train, motivate, and support team members to improve productivity. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of experience in EdTech sales

. Proven experience in

team leadership

.

CRM knowledge is mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
