We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to oversee our entire sales function--managing off-site employees (field team), ground employees (on-site operations), and office-based staff. This individual will be responsible for team leadership, strategy execution, and ensuring end-to-end alignment across all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead off-site (field), on-site (ground), and office-based sales teams.
Plan, track, and execute sales strategies and revenue targets.
Foster cross-functional coordination with production, operations, and marketing.
Conduct field visits to monitor team performance and resolve issues.
Coach team members and support their individual and group targets.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing multi-layered sales teams.
Fluent in Kannada, Hindi and English (mandatory).
Male candidates only (due to field activity requirements).
Proven leadership in both office and field sales environments.
Candidate Expectations:
Must take ownership of sales outcomes and daily execution.
Comfortable managing diverse roles--field executives, office staff, and operations.
Should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making.
Willingness to travel and manage ground-level tasks when needed.
Educational Qualification (Preferred): Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
