Job description :-?Sales Lead
Responsibilities
- Focus on Defense, Military, Aerospace, Space, Satellite, Railway , Industrial, Robotics, Medical, Mining and OFF-Road Automotive industries.
- Search for new clients and maximize client potential in designated regions
- Develop long-term relationships with clients
- Negotiate tender and contract terms
- Calculate client quotations and provide pre-sales technical assistance
- Analyze costs, prepare reports, and meet sales targets
- Support marketing activities and make technical presentations
- Collaborate with sales team members and technical experts
- Assist in product design and provide training to sales team members
- Travel across the country as needed
Qualifications & Skills required -
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the Defense / Industrial segment. ( BE/Diploma in E & TC / Electrical / Mechtronics /Electronics)
Analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and negotiating abilities
Experience in product marketing for Industrial Connector , Wire Harnessing , Discrete Components (Resistors/Inductors/Capacitors), Switches and Electro Mechanical Parts Products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
