Job Description

A travel agent lead agent job involves identifying and attracting potential customers interested in travel services, using marketing, sales/ and networking strategies to cultivate these leads into sales opportunities.



Responsibilities include using social media, cold calling, and email campaigns, understanding travel products and markets, leveraging CRM software to manage prospects, and working to convert leads into bookings by providing excellent customized travel packages.



Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and social media to present the agency's travel offerings and pique their interests.



Evaluate the viability and potential of interested leads, scoring them to provide promising opportunities to the sales team.



Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and the agency's specific travel packages and services.



Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and convey the value of travel agency.



Understanding of sales processes, marketing techniques, and the ability to persuade potential clients.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
