Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Female Customer Relationship Executive

who can manage inbound/outbound calls, follow-up with clients, maintain CRM records, and ensure excellent customer support.
Candidates with

1-2 years of experience

are preferred, but

freshers with good communication skills are also welcome

.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information Schedule follow-up calls to convert leads Maintain customer data and update CRM Share daily reports with the team lead Build and maintain positive customer relationships Work closely with the internal teams for smooth operations

with good communication skills

1-2 years of experience

in Telecalling / Customer Support Strong spoken communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi ) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM) Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality Ability to handle calls professionally
