Role Description - Sales Lead Generator
This is a
full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru
. We are looking for a
highly motivated and target-oriented Sales Lead Generator
who can consistently generate
quality leads
and contribute directly to business growth.
The Sales Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying potential leads through
calls, digital platforms, campaigns, and direct outreach

Key Responsibilities
Generate
high-quality sales leads
for OdNest programs
Meet and exceed
daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets
Qualify leads and pass verified prospects to the sales/closure team
Conduct initial communication and explain program offerings clearly
Maintain and update lead data in CRM and tracking sheets
Follow up consistently to improve lead conversion quality
Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead flow and quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven ability to
achieve targets and work in incentive-based roles
Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills
Experience in
lead generation, telesales, or inside sales
(preferred)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking
Excellent time management and discipline
Freshers with strong sales mindset are welcome
