- Should have experience of atleast 1 years in the field of B2B sales and marketing.

- Must be good in Communication and have Good fluency in speaking English.

- Kannada and Hindi- must requirement

Full-time (Not Work from Home. Need to report to the Office located in Bengaluru)

Since the office is located in Bengaluru it is necessary to be a resident in Bengaluru or relocate to Bengaluru.

Job Role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive to identify and qualify potential customers through calls, emails, and online research. The role focuses on generating quality leads and supporting the sales team. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online sources
Communicate with potential customers to understand their requirements
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of leads
Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Experience in inside sales / lead generation
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead (should be capable of handling 10 people)

-Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

-In-depth understanding of company's key clients and their position in the industry

- Basic computer skills, and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel skills and Power Point.
