We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our Events Sales team. The ideal candidate will support lead generation activities, identify potential clients, and assist in driving sales for our event solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify prospective clients across industries.
Conduct cold calls to generate and qualify leads.
Reach out via emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools.
Schedule meetings for the Client Servicing team and assist with follow-ups.
Work towards achieving basic monthly lead-generation targets.
Prepare weekly/monthly lead-generation reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; freshers to 1 year experience encouraged.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in cold calling is a
plus
.
Exposure to lead-generation tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is an
added advantage
.
Basic understanding of sales & marketing concepts.
Proactive, quick learner, and target-oriented.
Salary :
20,000 to 25,000 per month
