THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT JOB 9 PM to 6 AM 5 days a weekMonday-Friday

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound phone calls to potential customers to generate interest in our insurance programs and build a pipeline of prospective leads Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential as a prospective client Learn about our products and services and how they differentiate from others in the marketplace Document all lead information, call details, and outcomes accurately in our CRM system Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure smooth and efficient handoff of qualified leads Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work autonomously Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Fluent English language is required Must have a computer/laptop and access to internet

Education and Experience:

Graduation or equivalent required
