About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Sales Lead Generation Executive

to join our sales team. This role is ideal for

MBA freshers

who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to build a strong foundation in business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:



Research and identify potential clients across relevant markets and industries. Generate and qualify business leads through digital platforms, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate lead data in the CRM. Conduct initial outreach to prospects to understand needs and introduce company offerings. Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with ongoing campaigns. Track, measure, and report lead generation metrics and outcomes.

Required Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and analytical ability. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms (training provided). Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Educational Qualification:



MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration

(freshers encouraged to apply).
