What You'll Do
Lead the corporate sales function with clear strategies, defined goals, and measurable impact.
Identify, develop, and close high-value partnerships with
QSR chains, modern trade, corporate clients, and retail networks

Design and implement scalable sales plans that align with Fitspire's vision and growth targets.
Mentor and motivate a young, ambitious sales team -- fostering accountability, creativity, and ownership.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate market insights into winning campaigns.
Represent Fitspire with confidence -- pitching value, not just products.
Track performance metrics and market shifts to keep the business agile and opportunity-focused.
Build lasting client relationships based on trust, transparency, and results.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4-8 years of sales or business development experience (FMCG, health & wellness, or D2C background preferred).
Strong leadership instincts -- you know how to inspire people and deliver outcomes.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation ability -- you can close deals andbuild loyalty.
Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
Highly self-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for wellness.
