We are looking for a Sales & Lead Conversion Executive who will be responsible for handling all incoming leads generated through digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), converting them into customers, and actively contributing to market sales growth. The candidate should be comfortable communicating via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and visiting client locations if required to close high-potential leads.
? Key Responsibilities:
Lead Handling:
Manage and respond to all leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and website inquiries.
Follow up consistently and track lead stages using CRM or lead sheet.
Conversion Focused Communication:
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or packages.
Build rapport and trust with leads to increase the conversion ratio.
Sales Execution:
Close sales through call-based follow-ups or in-person visits when necessary.
Coordinate with the logistics or dispatch team post-conversion if needed.
Market Understanding:
Identify potential B2B clients (restaurants, gift pack buyers, retailers, etc.) and initiate conversations.
Gather feedback from leads and clients to improve pitch and product offering.
Reporting:
Maintain records of calls, leads status, and daily conversion summaries.
? Preferred Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication (Telugu, Hindi, English).
Good sales acumen and confidence in handling objections.
Basic understanding of digital marketing leads and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally (when required).
