Amma's Pastries is a renowned bakery brand celebrated for its delicious cakes, pastries, and a wide variety of baked goods. We are currently looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Person to join our team at our Triprayar outlet.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner Promote and sell products, explaining features and ingredients when required Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display and counter area Track stock and inform the supervisor for replenishment Assist in product packing and labeling Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the store supervisor when necessary Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales goals

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: SSLC/Plus Two (Preferred) Experience in retail or F&B sales is an added advantage Freshers are also welcome Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic Hindi or English is a plus Pleasant personality and a positive attitude Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
