involving active customer meetings, advisor visits, and market engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train & activate insurance advisors/agents
Support advisors in field activities, lead generation & customer meetings
Achieve monthly business targets and monitor sales performance
Build strong customer relationships for long-term business growth
Perform regular field visits and ensure advisor productivity
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any stream
Field Sales experience is mandatory (Insurance preferred)
1-4 years of Field sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
