Identify, engage, and onboard new partners in line with the defined sales process.
Drive partner activation by ensuring timely completion of onboarding formalities and platform familiarization.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly onboarding targets.
2. Lead Conversion & Business Development
Handle inbound and outbound partner leads generated through digital and offline channels.
Convert quality leads into active partners through effective follow-up and consultative discussions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with empanelled partners to drive consistent engagement.
3. Product Knowledge & Training
Stay up to date on new product launches, platform updates, and process changes.
Confidently articulate Wealthy.in's value proposition and product offerings to potential partners.
Support partners with initial guidance on using the platform and understanding product features.
4. Sales Process Adherence
Follow the defined sales process diligently.
Document all partner interactions, updates, and progress accurately in the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory norms, and business ethics standards.
5. Continuous Learning & Development
Participate actively in training and skill development programs identified by management.
Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and partner relationship management skills.
Share insights and feedback from partners to help enhance processes and offerings.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Fresher / Work experience as a Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or Business Development professional - ideally in Mutual Funds, Financial Products, or related industries.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and other digital sales tools.
