About the Role:


Lead a dynamic insurance sales team, drive growth, and achieve sales targets while mentoring your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies. Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews. Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve team performance.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales and team management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Graduation is mandatory.
