Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Insurance Sales Executive who can generate business independently through customer acquisition, relationship management, and consistent target achievement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate new business through direct customer acquisition Meet prospects and explain insurance products Close sales through effective need-based selling Build and manage strong customer relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain customer data and follow-ups Attend review meetings and update performance reports

Key Skills Required:

Graduation is mandatory. 1+ Years of Experience in BFSI sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-oriented approach Ability to work independently Field sales experience preferred
