Generate and qualify B2B leads via multi-channel outreach, book demos, and close small/medium deals while keeping CRM data clean--fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & qualify decision-makers through LinkedIn (incl. Sales Navigator), cold calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Run daily outreach sequences and personalized follow-ups to convert MQLs ? SQLs.
Book demos/meetings and support proposals/quotations; negotiate to close.
Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho or similar) and share weekly reports.
Hit/exceed monthly activity and revenue targets.
Requirements
1-3+ years in B2B telesales/inside sales with target achievement.
Excellent English--clear phone presence and persuasive writing.
Hands-on with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, email tools, VoIP dialers, and CRMs.
Strong cold-calling, objection handling, and closing skills.
Remote-ready:
self-managed, reliable internet, comfortable with async tools (Slack/Zoom).
No GCC experience required.
Time-zone overlap with UAE/GST is a plus.
Compensation
Competitive base + commission + performance incentives.
