Job Description

1.Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions. 2. Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Update customer databases with contact information and call outcomes. Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and encourage conversions. 3.Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions. Prepare regular reports on call activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize calling strategies and improve outcomes. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in communication or sales is a plus. Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems. Knowledge of astrology or spirituality is not required but would be advantageous.
