The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly articulate and driven

Sales Intern

to be the crucial first point of contact with our potential clients. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop foundational sales skills, particularly in communication, lead qualification, and professional relationship-building. You will play a vital role in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying genuine opportunities and preparing them for our Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Initial Outreach:

Execute initial outreach to warm and cold leads provided by the company via phone, email, and professional networking sites.

Lead Qualification:

Conduct effective discovery calls to understand the prospect's needs, challenges, and timeline, ensuring they meet the criteria for a qualified sales opportunity.

Appointment Setting:

Skillfully schedule follow-up meetings and demonstrations for qualified leads with the respective Sales Manager, ensuring all necessary context is documented and transferred.

Communication Excellence:

Maintain a high standard of professional and engaging communication throughout all interactions, representing the company positively.

CRM Management:

Accurately log all communication, qualification details, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.

Feedback & Improvement:

Provide continuous feedback to the marketing and sales teams on the quality of leads and effectiveness of outreach strategies.
What We're Looking For

Exceptional Communication Skills (A Must-Have):

Proven ability to articulate clearly, confidently, and persuasively over the phone and in writing. A professional and energetic phone presence is essential.

Enthusiasm for Sales:

A strong desire to learn the sales process and a resilient, goal-oriented mindset.

Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to quickly build rapport and professional relationships with prospective clients.

High Energy & Proactiveness:

Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively to hit daily and weekly call and meeting targets.
