Role Overview

As a

Sales & Marketing Expert Intern

at CivilRaw, you will support business growth by promoting CivilRaw's construction quality-checking services, generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and strengthening the brand's market presence. This role combines

field sales, digital marketing, and B2B outreach

, ideal for someone interested in startups and the construction ecosystem.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients such as

homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, and real-estate developers

. Generate leads through

site visits, referrals, cold calls, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and networking

. Explain CivilRaw's services including

stage-wise quality checks, site inspections, and reporting systems

. Assist in preparing

quotations, proposals, and follow-ups

with prospective clients. Support conversion of leads into paid projects and track sales progress. Maintain client interaction records using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
Marketing Responsibilities

Promote CivilRaw through

social media platforms

(Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile). Assist in planning and executing

digital marketing campaigns

, offers, and awareness posts. Coordinate with the content team to create

sales-oriented posts, flyers, and presentations

. Support

on-ground marketing activities

such as site banners, brochures, and local promotions. Conduct

competitor analysis

and share market insights with the core team.
Business Development Support

Assist in developing

sales strategies

for different customer segments. Help expand CivilRaw's presence in

new locations and local markets

. Collect customer feedback to improve services and sales approach. Participate in client meetings, demo presentations, and partnership discussions.
Reporting & Coordination

Prepare

weekly sales and marketing performance reports

. Track leads, conversions, and customer engagement metrics. Coordinate with

civil engineers and operations team

for smooth project execution.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of

sales, marketing, or business development

. Interest in

construction, real estate, or startup ecosystem

. Comfortable using

Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and social media tools

. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
