Role Overview
As an Account Management Executive, you'll be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. You'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate merchandise campaigns, and ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and managing expectations.
Assist in planning and executing merchandise campaigns end-to-end.
Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track account health metrics, reporting regularly on performance and engagement.
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with merchandise, e-commerce, or marketing is a plus.
