Shelf Merch is a next-gen Merchandise-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform helping creators, brands, and enterprises build, manage, and scale their branded merchandise with zero inventory risk. We handle everything from design to delivery - powered by AI and on-demand production.

Role Overview



As an Account Management Executive, you'll be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. You'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate merchandise campaigns, and ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to execution.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving queries and managing expectations. Assist in planning and executing merchandise campaigns end-to-end. Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and tech teams to ensure timely delivery. Track account health metrics, reporting regularly on performance and engagement. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications



Strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with merchandise, e-commerce, or marketing is a plus. Negotiation Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
