Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven

Sales Interns

who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and customer engagement within the education and training industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in promoting Smart MBA Academy's courses and programs Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and social media platforms Understand customer needs and explain course offerings accordingly Support lead generation and follow-up activities Maintain records of interactions and leads in CRM or tracking sheets Assist the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets Participate in sales strategy discussions and training sessions

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business concepts Confidence in speaking with customers over phone and digital platforms Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus Students pursuing MBA, BBA, or related fields preferred
