Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilise various channels such as social media, email, and networking events to identify and engage potential leads. Research and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target market and objectives. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies. Lead Conversion: Communicate with leads through various mediums to understand their needs and pain points. Effectively articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects. Nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to conversion. Strategy Formulation and Implementation: Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Present findings, progress updates, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Solicit feedback from team members and incorporate suggestions to improve project outcomes. Take ownership of individual tasks and projects, demonstrating initiative and accountability. Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through continuous learning and skill development.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a final year Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn from experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Ability to work independently in a virtual environment, while also collaborating effectively in a team setting. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
