Bookbanquetroom.com is a white-labeled software solution for venue management and booking. We are launching

a venue marketplace

to revolutionize how people discover and book venues for every occasion. As we gear up for the launch, we are building a strong on-ground team to expand our network of

venue and vendor partners

. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a

startup from its launch phase

, gaining real-world exposure in sales, marketing, and the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Venue Partner Acquisition & Management

Identify and research potential venues in the assigned area. Visit venues to pitch services, negotiate listing terms, and onboard them onto the platform. Verify listed venues by visiting in person, capturing quality photos/videos, and ensuring details are accurate. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing venue partners. Provide on-site logistical and coordination support. Assist in smooth communication between the client, venue, and vendors. Collect real-time feedback from partners and clients to ensure service quality.

Local Marketing & Lead Generation

Develop and execute local strategies to generate new venue and client leads. Maintain records of field activities, visits, and interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Education:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with strong networking and negotiation ability.

Attitude:

Proactive, motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
