Support the sales team in sending introductory emails, scheduling calls, and following up with prospects.
Assist in creating and personalizing email templates for outreach campaigns.
Help track responses and set up meetings or calls for the sales team.
(CRM):
Assist in managing and updating the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with relevant customer and lead information.
Help track and maintain sales activities, such as calls, meetings, and follow-up tasks.
Prepare reports on lead status, sales progress, and potential opportunities.
Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support the sales team's strategy.
Help identify market segments and potential business opportunities for the company's products or services.
Sales Support & Administrative Tasks:
Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for client meetings.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that prospects receive timely follow-up and relevant information.
Support the scheduling of client meetings and sales events.
Organize and maintain sales documentation, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.
Client Engagement:
Participate in customer calls and meetings as an observer to learn more about the sales process.
Help in maintaining customer satisfaction through communication and addressing minor inquiries.
Sales Reporting:
Assist with preparing reports on sales performance, lead generation, and pipeline status.
Track sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and help analyze sales trends for future strategy development.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
