Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential customers through online research, networking, and outbound outreach.
Help maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
Support sales representatives with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up with clients.
Participate in sales meetings, take notes, and help with reporting activities.
Perform market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Help draft emails, proposals, and sales materials.
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaign execution.
Attend training sessions to learn about products/services and sales techniques.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
