About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Client interaction: Assisting with client communications, such as responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about available properties. Interns may also accompany agents on property showings.
2. Market research: Conducting research on current real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood demographics. Preparing reports and presentations to assist the sales team in making informed decisions. Monitoring competitor activities and available listings in the market.
3. Lead generation and follow-up: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels. Following up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients. Tracking and reporting on lead generation activities and outcomes.
